Recognise this one? I drew the idea for this jumper a while ago, and here it is. It’s fairly straight forward, I only exaggerated the raglan sleeves by letting them meet in the middle.

details blouse
November 2, 2010The autumn colors are just amazing at the moment, I am looking at a bright yellow tree in front of my window right now. Eelke thought so too and he convinced me to do a quick in between photoshoot. This picture is for those of you who asked for more details of the purple/grey blouse with the deep neckline. The sleeves are rolled up and kept in place with a strap and a button. And in case you’re wondering, the necklace is a recent purchase from jutka en riska.

blouse
October 28, 2010A pencil skirt just isn’t complete without some sort of blouse. The fabric I chose for this one is woven with purple, grey, blue and beige yarns, which gives a great structure. It’s a bit woolly and I like how it looks rough but feels soft. In case you’re wondering what happened with the neckline: I puffed it up with strips of left-over fabric. Sort of a long stretched cushiony sausage around my neck. Or a collier. Which makes me think that a necklace would look pretty with this, don’t you think?

t-shirt
October 8, 2010And this is what the t-shirt came out like. I added a high collar and buttons on the back, because I think the back is just as important as the front of your outfit. Looking in the mirror you might miss it, but other people see your back probably just as often as your face. So why not add some extra detail to it then?

green trousers on a red brick road
September 28, 2010In fact it was a bit chilly when we shot these pictures, so the grey vest I made came in handy. I wear it here with a brooch my mom took home from a holiday in France. It’s called an ‘iberian face’. I used to have a small card with more info, but I must have lost it somewhere in the chaos of my accessory drawer. I did find a nice internetshop where they have it on sale though.
